Two features set this apart

The Things Cloud sync is significantly better than how an competition implements their synchronization, set it once and it’s done, no need to open the app on a nother device to trigger a sync. Also the ability to set a due date for a task, then have it ‘remind’ a set number of days ahead allows you to keep a running tally of what you need to working on, great if you work with project deadlines.

I’ve tried switching away from Things when something newer and prettier comes out, but I always come back.
