Pretty good, but not as great as I thought

There are no tutorial videos anywhere on the website.But my biggest complaint is I can’t make a list like this:
Item A
Item B
ItemC
It only allows me to make a list like this:

Item A, Item B, Item C,

That’s not as easy to read.

Also, why no nested folders? Are there any? Who knows?

The name of the app, “Things” makes it hard to do a Google search for info on the product.

Otherwise, it works. But bad name and lack of video tutorials makes it a tough start.
